His journey is just beginning.
Oscar Palmer, a burnt-out ICU nurse, attempts suicide but is saved by an alien Observer, 45T, who fuses with his mind, creating the Hybrid Brain.
Tasked with studying humanity's impending collapse, 45T must navigate a chaotic capital city, a hostile hospital workplace and the absurdities of human existence through Oscar.
As the mission evolves, the boundaries between them begin to blur — and an unlikely alliance develops.
